Biography

Jeremy T. Canipe is a partner in the firm and has a rich legal background in estate and trust planning, business and corporate governance planning, mergers and acquisitions, and fiduciary litigation.  Prior to joining North Carolina Estate Planning and Fiduciary law, Jeremy’s experienced ranged from founding a boutique fiduciary and business law firm to serving as a partner in a multi-state litigation firm.

Jeremy earned a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an M.A. from Wake Forest University, and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Jeremy is also a Certified Superior Court Mediator.

Outside of the office, Jeremy is focused on his family and his faith.  He lives in Charlotte with his wife and their two children and is an active member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church, serving as a Deacon, a Sunday school teacher, and in Student Ministry. Jeremy has taught American Legal and Constitutional History at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
