“Numerous attorneys said that Mr. Hickmon was the only person they would recommend for my complex multi-state legal issue. That speaks volumes about his professional reputation! He was thorough, thoughtful, and intelligent. Each step of my case had its own unique difficulty & Mr. Hickmon always knew exactly what to do. Based upon my work with other attorneys, I can attest that his vast legal knowledge, professionalism, and relatability are a rare combination so my resources were well spent.”

“My family and I called on Jim Hickmon 5 years ago to assist us in entering into a Guardianship for our brother, who was deemed medically and legally an Incompetent. Jim’s knowledge of the state Guardianship laws, coupled with his excellent preparation of the case, took us through Mediation and final Court hearing with all considerations to the best interests of our brother. Jim continues to assist our family with legal advice and actions needed in light of the controversial events still taking place. My family and I highly recommend Jim for legal assistance with Guardianship proceedings.”
